The reviews are coming in, and they have been glowing!
This technological thriller follows Boston native Dr. Emily Harper as she tries to balance the moral code as it pertains to science and longevity. John described the novel with “high existential dread” – which is true. What a ride! But listen for yourself. Though we recorded on “opposite sides of the pond” (he’s in England, while I’m here on the East Coast in USA), this reviewer called the audiobook a “cinematic experience”:
Listening to The Terminal Gene feels less like audiobook consumption and more like watching a film. Scenes in the boardroom crackle with presence; scenes on the apartment balcony feel intimate and real. For readers who enjoy a fully cinematic audio experience, this production is not to be missed.

Thrilling Story, Exceptional Narration – the Terminal Gene review by BookTrib
And – I’ve just got word the sequel, Echoes of the Gene, will be available in print July 14th, with the audiobook following soon after.
That gives you plenty of time to listen through the Terminal Gene, and then you can pick right up where it left off. Personally, I’ve been on edge from the last book, wondering – WHAT NOW?? And by July I’ll know! You’re lucky you won’t have to wait so long!
