Well! It’s been a year…
This past year has brought me to the stages of the Fillmore, the Gramercy, the NorVa, the National, the Queen, and many other amazing venues with Grungeapalooza! I have to say, I really get a kick out of double and sometimes even triple sets. Reminds me why cardio and a quick change over is important!
In other news I’m waiting for a few audiobooks to be released – one is a wonderful journey from 5 different sister friends’ perspectives, and the author was just a joy to work with – hilarious and strong woman! This book literally made me laugh out loud, cry, and reflect. Really I am blessed to have worked on this.
Another is a short story dealing with some difficult topics – I have no idea how this author was able to develop such well rounded characters so quickly. She delved into some deep, deep topics here as well, and reminds us that we’re not alone in our struggles, to forgive, and to embrace and enjoy the family you have, be it blood or adopted.
In the meantime you can take a listen to my latest release with author Suzanna Lynn, Queen of His Heart. Good cop gone bad, or good con gone bad? Hear the unravelling of officer Samantha Daniels, who goes undercover to take down the big boss… what limits does love leave?
Looking forward to next year, I’ve got 3 audiobooks I’m working on right now that are going to be SUCH a trip! While you wait, come out and see me in January:
January 18th at Broken Goblet – ECGTV kickoff event with the Elysiums (my band), Alright Junior, and the Stone Eye
January 24th at the Gramercy Theater NYC – Grungeapalooza with Flannel, the Elysiums, (performing with both!) and more.
